Plotkeep — Support

Plotkeep merkt sich Hörspiele und Hörbücher, die du in Spotify hörst, damit du im richtigen Kapitel weiterhörst.

So funktioniert's

1. Spiele in Spotify ein Hörspiel oder Hörbuch ab.
2. Teile den laufenden Titel über „··· → Teilen“ und wähle Plotkeep.
3. Tippe später auf ▶ in der Zeile — Spotify öffnet das gemerkte Kapitel. War Spotify geschlossen, tippe nochmal.

Häufige Fragen

Ich teile ein Album und es passiert nichts.
Teile den laufenden Titel, nicht das ganze Album — nur der Titel verrät dein Kapitel.

Kauf wiederherstellen.
Öffne die Pro-Seite und tippe „Kauf wiederherstellen“.

Plotkeep — Support (English)

Plotkeep remembers the Hörspiele and audiobooks you play in Spotify so you can pick up in the right chapter.

How it works

1. Play a Hörspiel or audiobook in Spotify.
2. Share the track you're playing via “··· → Share” and pick Plotkeep.
3. Later, tap ▶ in the row — Spotify opens the chapter you saved. If Spotify was closed, tap again.

FAQ

I shared an album and nothing happened.
Share the playing track, not the whole album — only the track tells us your chapter.

Restore a purchase.
Open the Pro screen and tap “Restore purchase”.
